Our Leaders

Bishop Delia Jenkins is a native of Lumberton, NC born to Sylvia Thompson and Bill Smith. She
received her education in Public Schools of Robeson County School system and graduated from
Lumberton Senior High School.
Pastor Delia obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree at UNC at Pembroke. She teaches
kindergarten for the Public Schools of Robeson County. Prior to accepting the Pastoral call,
Pastor Jenkins served humbly and diligently as a head adjutant for her First Lady, Mary A. Wesley.
She is a fiery preacher who stands boldly as God’s mouthpiece. She carries the oil for deliverance and
breakthrough for those to whom she ministers. She has a passion to minister to women that feel
as though they are stuck in dysfunctional situations and circumstances.
Through this passion- she birthed her first book, “21 Days to EmpowHer” and EmpowHer Ministries.
She exemplifies a God-kind of love that encourages those she encounters to know that they are
loveable and are loved.
Pastor Jenkins understands her divine kingdom assignment is to snatch souls out of the mouth of hell.
She is committed to the call without compromise or apprehension. She knows who she is but more
importantly, she knows to Whom she belongs.
In August of 2021, she was appointed as Bishop Designate by her Pastor and Presiding Prelate
Bishop Christopher R. Brown III of Kingdom Family Marketplace Ministries, where the
Cathedral resides in Florence SC.
On August 2 nd , 2023, Bishop Jenkins was consecrated as the first female Bishop of KFM where she
serves as Bishop Vicar. On July 15, 2014, she married her King, Raymond Jenkins.
Together, they understand that they are not perfect, but are indeed purposed. God has blessed them
to parent five amazing children Cherronda (Tishawn), Dareus, Ladeshia, Jadarion, and Trey.
They are the proud Nana and Papa of 6 beautiful grandchildren Aubri, CJ, Ty, Raelyn, CJ, and Gabby.
Pastor Raymond and Pastor Delia Jenkins are the founding pastors of Torch Ministries, located
in Lumberton, NC.
It is the place that stays L. I. T. -where people are loved, inspired and transformed.
They serve faithfully under the leadership of Bishop R. Christopher Brown, Sword of Truth Ministries, Bennettsville, SC.
Bishop Delia Jenkins
Originally from Wilson, North Carolina, Pastor Raymond Jenkins, co-founder of TORCH Ministries in Lumberton, NC, alongside his wife, Bishop Delia Jenkins, stands as a testament to the power of faith, integrity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Holding an Associate Degree in Religion from Zion School of Ministry, he skillfully blends his spiritual calling with his expertise as a business owner, demonstrating excellence in every endeavor. A fervent fan of the Dallas Cowboys, his enthusiasm for sports reflects his commitment to teamwork and perseverance, embodying the spirit of a true sportsman in all aspects of life.
Born to the late Elder Maxine Jenkins and the late Raymond Lee Jenkins Senior, Pastor Jenkins carries forward the legacy of faith and resilience instilled in him. The memory of his parents serves as a guiding light, inspiring his journey in ministry and leadership. Alongside Bishop Delia Jenkins, Pastor Raymond has been pivotal in cultivating a community where love, inspiration, and transformation are at the heart of their mission.
His dedication to outreach shines through his initiation of the men’s conference “Stand Up and Take Your Authority” and the youth group “From Boys to Men.” These initiatives highlight his commitment to empowering men and young boys within the community.
In August 2023, in parallel with Bishop Delia Jenkins’s consecration as the first female Bishop, Pastor Raymond Jenkins embraced his divine appointment as the Overseer of the Southern Region of Kingdom Fellowship of Ministries. Serving under the spiritual guidance of his spiritual father, Bishop R. Christopher Brown, III, and spiritual mother, Lady Trena Brown, his role is a significant milestone in his journey of faith and leadership.
Pastor Raymond Jenkins lives by the principles he teaches, rooted in integrity, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to spiritual and community development.
